NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District at the District office, 1660 West Bay Area Boulevard, Friendswood, Harris County, Texas, on Thursday, the 15th day of September, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the hearing shall be to consider testimony, evidence, exhibits, and other information presented by any person concerning the proposed increase to the District’s Regular Permit Fee. Copies of the proposed Rate may be obtained on the District’s website at www.hgsubsidence.org or at the District offices.
