NOTICE TO ALL COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENTS, ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND ALL WATER WELL OWNERS IN HARRIS AND GALVESTON COUNTIES;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing on Adopting Amendments to the District Regulatory Plan will be held by the Board of Directors of the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District on Monday, March 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of considering testimony, evidence, exhibits and other information presented by any person concerning the proposed amendments to the District Regulatory Plan.
The Hearing will be held in person at 1660 West Bay Area Blvd., Friendswood, TX, 77546 and online via GoToWebinar pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.125,and as modified by the Governor of Texas who ordered suspension of various provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code, effective March 16, 2020, in accordance with the Texas Disaster Act of 1975 (See the Governor’s proclamation on March 13, 2020).
