The Harris-Galveston Subsidence District (HGSD) was featured in the monthly feature of Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts’ (TAGD) “The Water Table.” This feature highlights the success of HGSD’s mission to prevent further subsidence in Harris and Galveston counties over the past 50 years.
