The Association of Water Board Directors – Texas hosted its annual Spring Seminar on April 18, 2024, where our General Manager, Michael Turco, presented HGSD’s all-inclusive approach to preventing further subsidence in the greater Houston area. The seminar was attended by over 450 professionals dedicated to bettering the operation of Texas’ water districts and some of our very own Board of Directors.
