Request for Qualifications
The Harris-Galveston Subsidence District (HGSD) is seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified professionals to engage in professional services agreements for the determination of the feasibility of the development of a regional water supply not sourced from groundwater in northeastern Harris County, as described in subsequent sections of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
The HGSD will contract directly with the Consultant for professional technical services using the HGSD’s standard Professional Services Agreement and associated work orders. State agencies and political subdivisions may partner with HGSD on this study, and they may participate in key project meetings and review all interim and final project deliverables.
The proposed schedule for this Request for Qualifications is as follows:
- Release RFQ: November 14, 2024
- Pre-submittal conference*: December 10, 2024 at 10:00 am CST
- Deadline for questions and inquiries: December 18, 2024 at 5:00 pm CST
- SOQ submissions due: January 10, 2024 at 5:00 pm CST
